Lists the Skill Catalog: the playbooks that AdCrunch writes, and that your organization can import as Skills. Each row gives the slug, the name, the description and the version of the Catalog Skill. It does not give the body. `importedSkill` names the Skill that your organization imported from it, or is `null`.

The list is in slug order. One page at a time: `limit` rows at most, 100 by default. When the answer holds `nextCursor`, more rows exist: send it back as `cursor` to get the next page.
